How to book?
It's all so simple!

1. First, you should pick a boat you like from our list of available boats. If you have no knowledge about boats, just send us a simple inquiry containing basic information (number of people on board, preferred sailing region, desired dates, comfort vs. performance preference, price range, do you need a skipper or other crew...) and we will send you our suggestions in no time! Don't forget to mention if you have any other requests for additional equipment or services, such as sports equipment, outboard engine, spinnaker, etc.
After you have decided what boat to charter, you should choose a starting marina. When choosing a starting marina keep in mind the traffic connections, type of charter (one-way or standard) as well as the boat availability at the marina. The starting marina usually dictates the sailing region. In certain cases, when the desired boat is not available in the marina of your choice, we can arrange the vessel being transported there, which is charged extra. To check for availability of such transport arrangements, please, contact us.
2. Upon receiving your inquiry, our booking department will send you an offer for one or more available boats by e-mail. In the offer you will receive the boat information (technical data, list of equipment, photographs...) and the check-in procedure, terms of payment and reservation of the boat.
If you should have any further questions about the boats don’t hesitate to contact us.
Upon receiving the offer, you'll have a few days to confirm your booking, as we cannot hold the boats off the market for any longer. Therefore, it is recommneded you don’t delay your decision, especially if the booking season is under way.
When confirming the booking, a simple e-mail stating the boat, charter date, starting marina and the number of passengers is enough.
We highly recommend contacting us as early in the year as possible, because the later you contact us, the bigger the chances that the boat you want will already be booked for the desired period.
3. After receiving your booking confirmation, we will send you an invoice and General Charter Conditions (valid as a contract). The General Charter Conditions are also published on our web site and we strongly recommend you read them. You are obliged to pay 50% of the price immediately upon receiving your invoice, and the rest 30 days prior to the departure date at the latest. Once we receive the full amount, we will send you a boarding voucher (you should bring the voucher with you on board).
Upon receiving the voucher, you are to send us the names, adressess and passport numbers of the entire crew, as soon as possible, so we could make a crew list.
And that completes the booking process!
