Zaton

Zaton is a two kilometer bay, whose shores are a home to villages Veliki Zaton, Mali Zaton, Stikovica and Vrbica. The charming mediterranean villages, grew and developed mostly thanks to the fresh water source at the bottom of the bay. Zaton is famous for the amazing and beautiful architecture, heavily influenced by nearby Dubrovnik, that can best be seen in the design of luxurious masnions, built in the reinessance period.
