Fazana
Enjoying the best of Istria's coastline and the fertile soil of the mainland behind it, Fazana, a place known from the antique times as the Vasianum, overlooks the beautiful Brijuni archipelago. Once a pot and amphora manufacture, Fazana is now a fishermen's village, and a village of wine and olive oil. The clash of civilizations that took place in history left trace on the architecture and the art that can be seen in the town. Fazana port and seafront host several attractive events over summer, with "Festa od srdela" being the favorite celebration of many.
