Funtana

Situated on the most indent part of the Istrian peninsula, streching from the Green Lagoon in the west and the Valkanela bay in the south, lies Funtana, a small village of huge appeal. Tracing back to medieval times, Funtana got it's fame by many historical sites and the warm and friendly locals who wish only to offer the very best of their hospitality and cuisine, to both travelers and fellow citizens. The first theme entertainment park in Croatia is here, too, the Dinopark. Main theme are the dinosaurs found on the area of Istria peninsula, reconstructed in the original size.
