Veli Losinj
Veli Losinj, even though the name suggests so, is not bigger than it's "little brother" Mali Losinj. In the past, however, it was the other way around. Having over 20,000 citizens in the medieval times, tells a lot of the city's importance in the past. Glorifying those times, the beautiful Sv. Anutun Pustinjak church is a place of special appeal, followed by numerous luxurious villas that used to home the city's upper class. Walking through the town, you will reach the park of Veli Lošinj, which is a home to more than 200 plant species.
