Tucepi
Four kilometers long, surrounded by oliver grows and vineyards, Tucepi beach, is the longest beach on Makarska riviera. It has been attracting visitors by its beauty for centuries. Many forts, mostly built between 10th and 17th century in Tucepi, perfectly reflect the medieval history. Saric and Buselic forts, proudly standing on protruded cliffs, and Lalic fort are the most fascinating sights in Gornji Tucepi, while the lower part of village is a home to well preserved baroque mansions dating to the 18th century. Grubisic mansion, now Kastelet hotel, Ivanisevic and Kacic mansions have hosted many of the world's elite in all of their charm.
