Biograd
Once a royal city, Biograd holds an important part in Croatian history. It was mentioned for the first time in the 10th century, and blooms in the medieval times as kingdom's capitol. Famous ceremony of coronation of Hungaro-Croatian kind Koloman was held in the city in 1102. Honouring the rich naval tradition of the Biograd area, there is a museum in the centre of the city, exhibiting various collections of ancient artifacts, mostly from the sank 16th century ship. Biograd, apart from the diverse cultural sites and charming riva, is a city that offers many adventureous activities you can engage in, like playing tennis, riding the auquagun, water ski, water surf, playing beach volleyball, go diving, playing mini golf and much more!
