Ugljan

A small town of Ugaljn, also a port, is a fascinating place, full of cultural and historical sites of interest. On a cape, north of the Ugljan port, there is a 1430 franciscian monastery containing a 1447 gothic church. In a town, many mansions were built, mostly by respectable Zadar families. By the Batalaza bay, remains of the roman villa were discovered, and on the Kuran hill, southeast of Ugljan, you can still see the remains of an ancient fort. In the vicinity, there are beautiful beaches Cinta, Mostir and Luka, for you to visit and enjoy yourself on!
